A smarter alternative to replacing your kitchen or UPVC.

UPVC Door Spraying

UPVC Door Spraying in Cheshire & Staffordshire

The front door sets the tone for the whole house, and it takes more weather and more handling than anything else on the elevation. Where the door and frame are sound and the locks work, respraying updates the entrance without touching a functioning door set.

Front doors, back doors, patio and French doors, plus their frames — covered by our 2-year workmanship guarantee.

Why Spray Instead of Replace?

Keep the door set and hardware

A working multipoint lock, hinges and a well-fitted frame are worth keeping. Spraying changes the appearance without disturbing the security or the weather seal.

A sharp, even finish

Sprayed coatings lay down without brush marks or roller texture, which matters on a flat, close-up surface like a door panel.

Coordinate with the windows

Doors are usually sprayed alongside windows so the entrance, frames and glazing beads all read as one colour scheme.

Fast turnaround

A door is a small area compared with a full elevation, so it is often the quickest visible improvement we can make to the front of a property.

Before and After

Every project is assessed honestly first. If the frames, panels or boards would be better replaced than sprayed, we will tell you before you spend anything.

How the Process Works

  1. 1

    Check the door set

We look at the panel, frame, beads, seals and hardware, and confirm the door is a sensible candidate before quoting.

  2. 2

    Clean and degrease

Handles, letterplates and the areas around them collect the most residue, so the door is thoroughly degreased.

  3. 3

    Key the surface

The panel and frame are abraded by hand so the primer has something to bite into, including mouldings and recesses.

  4. 4

    Remove or mask furniture

Handles, letterplates, numerals and glazing are removed or masked so there are no hard edges in the finish.

  5. 5

    Prime and coat

An adhesion primer followed by controlled topcoats, built up in light passes to keep the panel even.

  6. 6

    Refit and inspect

Door furniture is refitted once the coating is sound, the door is checked for operation and we review the finish with you.

Colours and Finishes

Entrance doors are where homeowners tend to be boldest. Popular choices include:

  • Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) to match modern grey windows
  • Black (RAL 9005) for a classic, high-contrast entrance
  • Deep navy and slate blues on both period and modern homes
  • Chartwell Green and heritage sage on cottages and older properties
  • Racing green, burgundy and other traditional door colours
  • Any RAL colour, matched across doors, windows and garage doors

We recommend approving a physical sample against your own property, in daylight, before we begin.
