Roofline Spraying

Fascia, Soffit & Guttering Spraying in Cheshire & Staffordshire

Roofline plastics are the last thing most people update and the first thing that starts to look tired. Streaked, algae-stained or yellowed fascias undermine a house even when the windows below are immaculate — and where the boards are sound, they can be cleaned, prepared and recoated in place.

Fascias, soffits, bargeboards, cladding and guttering — covered by our 2-year workmanship guarantee.

Why Spray Instead of Replace?

Finish the elevation properly

New-looking windows under a stained roofline is a half-finished job. Spraying the roofline is what makes an exterior refresh look complete.

Cheaper than replacement boards

Sound UPVC roofline does not need stripping out. You are paying for access, preparation and coating rather than new boards, brackets and disposal.

Deals with staining and fade

Algae streaks, UV yellowing and weathering are removed as part of preparation rather than painted over.

Contrast or match

Anthracite roofline against white render, or roofline matched to grey windows — both work, and we will talk through what suits the house.

Every project is assessed honestly first. If the frames, panels or boards would be better replaced than sprayed, we will tell you before you spend anything.

How the Process Works

  1. 1

    Access assessment

Safe access is planned first. Roofline work is height work, and the method is agreed before anything else.

  2. 2

    Wash down

Algae, moss residue and atmospheric staining are washed off boards, soffits and gutter faces.

  3. 3

    Degrease and key

Surfaces are degreased and abraded so the coating has a sound base.

  4. 4

    Protect below

Windows, brickwork, render, paths, driveways and planting beneath the work area are sheeted and masked.

  5. 5

    Prime and coat

Adhesion primer followed by controlled topcoats across fascias, soffits, bargeboards and gutter faces.

  6. 6

    Clear and inspect

Sheeting is removed, the ground is left clean, and the run is inspected from ground level with you.

Colours and Finishes

Roofline is usually sprayed either to match the windows or to frame them:

  • Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) matched to grey windows
  • Black (RAL 9005) for a sharp line against white render
  • White and Traffic White to restore a clean traditional look
  • Grey and slate tones on rendered and modern properties
  • Heritage darks on stone and period properties
  • Any RAL colour matched to existing windows or doors

We recommend approving a physical sample against your own property, in daylight, before we begin.

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering FAQs

Yes, provided the boards are sound and securely fixed. Cleaning and preparation do most of the work; the coating locks in the new colour.
