Most structurally sound doors and drawer fronts can be prepared and sprayed, including many MDF, timber and previously painted units. We assess the material, the existing coating and the general condition first, because suitability always depends on what is already there.

Timescales depend on the number of doors, the colour change and drying conditions. As a guide, most kitchens are completed in 2–3 days on site, with larger kitchens taking 3–5 days. We confirm realistic dates in writing with your quotation rather than promising a figure we cannot hold to.

Respraying reuses cabinets you already own, so you pay for preparation, coatings and labour rather than new units, worktops and fitting. We will not publish a headline saving figure, because the difference depends entirely on your kitchen and the replacement you were comparing it with.

Yes. Doors and drawer fronts are removed, labelled and prepared away from the cabinets so that edges and returns can be coated evenly. Fixed panels, end panels and cabinet sides are masked and prepared in place.

Everything that is not being coated is masked: worktops, splashbacks, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and sockets. Controlled spray technique and careful masking keep coating where it belongs, and we remove the protection only once the work is checked.

Yes. Old fixing holes are filled and flatted, new positions are measured and drilled before spraying, and handles are refitted once the finish has cured. Changing handles while the doors are off is by far the easiest time to do it.

Refinishing sound cabinets keeps usable units out of skips and avoids the manufacturing, delivery and disposal involved in a full replacement. It is a practical way to reduce waste while still changing how the room looks.
