Information we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, project details and any photographs you upload.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go on to instruct. We do not sell your details to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and honour our guarantee, after which they are deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as our guarantee and any legal or accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@smartsprayers.com and we will respond.
