Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and photographs supplied and on inspection of the property. Where materials or condition differ from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Suitability

Not every surface is suitable for spraying. We assess material, existing coatings and condition, and will tell you honestly where refinishing is not the right option.

Guarantee

All work is covered by a 2-year guarantee on workmanship and the sprayed finish, subject to normal use and the aftercare guidance we provide.

Insurance and accreditations

Fully insured, including public liability cover. Certificates available on request.

Payment

A deposit is payable to secure your booking, with the balance due on satisfactory completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and card payment. The deposit amount and payment dates are stated on your written quotation before you commit to anything.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving us at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be refunded or carried over to the new date. Cancellations inside 48 hours may result in the deposit being retained to cover materials already purchased and the reserved time in our schedule.
