Commercial Spraying

Commercial Spraying in Cheshire & Staffordshire

Commercial frontages have to look maintained, and closing a unit for a refit is rarely realistic. On-site spraying updates shopfronts, office frames, cladding and rental properties around your operating hours instead of shutting them down.

Shopfronts, offices, landlord portfolios and communal areas — covered by our 2-year workmanship guarantee.

Why Spray Instead of Replace?

Minimal downtime

Work can be planned around trading hours so the unit stays open and usable wherever practical.

Brand-accurate colour

Frames, doors and cladding can be sprayed to a specified RAL reference so a frontage matches brand standards across sites.

Portfolio consistency

Landlords and managing agents can bring multiple properties to the same standard without a replacement programme.

Sensible capital spend

Refinishing sound frames and cladding avoids the cost and waste of stripping out serviceable materials.

How the Process Works

  1. 1

    Site visit and scope

We survey the frontage, agree what is included and identify anything better repaired or replaced than coated.

  2. 2

    Programme and access

Working hours, access, public protection and any site requirements are agreed in writing before we start.

  3. 3

    Preparation

Cleaning, degreasing and abrading — the same standard as domestic work, on a larger footprint.

  4. 4

    Containment

Glazing, signage, pavements and neighbouring units are masked and protected.

  5. 5

    Coating

Primer and controlled topcoats applied in stages so sections can be reopened as they finish.

  6. 6

    Handover

Site cleared, protection removed and the frontage walked with you or your site contact.

Colours and Finishes

Commercial work is usually colour-specified rather than chosen on the day:

  • Any RAL reference, matched to brand guidelines
  • Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) for contemporary office and retail frontages
  • Black (RAL 9005) for signage-led retail units
  • Neutral greys and whites for managed residential blocks
  • Consistent colour across multiple sites in a portfolio
  • Colour matched to existing signage or cladding

We recommend approving a physical sample against your own property, in daylight, before we begin.
